We are proud to announce the emergency housing program for fire and flood victims. It allows for small families that live in westside Scranton area to stay at this location for up to a week. Amenities are included and It will be available free of charge in October of 2024.
Green Affordable Housing Initiative
The most aggressive affordable housing project of this kind!
- There is no requirement to participate in a federal, state or local affordable housing program,
- Location in a low-income census tract. Location in a census tract we identify as low-income.
- Full employment verification. Must provide proof of employment for at least one full year.
